Catamaran Nemo II – North Itinerary
Hi, I am Sara Grossman—an experienced ERYT-500 yoga teacher, trauma-informed practitioner, and lifelong student of mindful movement. In 2024, I was fortunate to join a retreat led by Adriana Montano with Yogalapagos—an experience so powerful, I knew I wanted to return. That’s how this retreat was born.
This is not just a yoga retreat. It’s a space to slow down and truly arrive—in yourself, and in one of the most untouched natural environments in the world.
Whether you’re new to yoga or well along your path, you’ll be welcomed exactly as you are. Each day, I’ll guide you through accessible movement practices, mindful breathwork, and reflective journaling prompts. We’ll also have time for shared silence and stargazing under the southern sky.
The Galápagos Islands are a sacred place of evolution, mystery, and quiet wonder. I can’t wait to share this deeply personal journey with you.
WHAT TO EXPECT
🧘 Yoga & Meditation:
Enjoy daily practices designed to reconnect you with your breath, body, and inner rhythm. Sessions are all-levels, and grounded in presence and accessibility.
🌿 Nature & Exploration:
The Galápagos Islands provide the perfect backdrop for introspection, relaxation, and spiritual renewal.
🛥️ Life Aboard the Nemo II
Live aboard a comfortable catamaran with only 13 other guests. You’ll sleep in cozy cabins, dine on locally inspired meals prepared by our chef, and awaken each day anchored at a new island.
✨ Quiet Moments
No retreat is complete without space to simply be. Lounge on the deck under the stars, write in your journal at sunrise, or enjoy conversation with fellow travelers over dinner.
