Meet the driving forces behind Yogalapagos: Lula Naranjo, Carlos Naranjo, and Andres Naranjo, cousins who share a vision and profound connection to the Galapagos Islands. The inception of Yogalapagos is rooted deeply in our family's legacy, particularly influenced by Lula’s and Andres’ mother, who founded the company that owns and operates the renowned Nemo fleet of catamarans.

Carlos, a co-founder, grew up influenced by his family’s dedication to the islands. His father worked tirelessly as a naturalist, helping to preserve the unique ecosystem that makes the Galapagos so enchanting. Carlos, along with Lula, also a co-founder, brings a wealth of sales operational expertise, having been integral in managing our fleet of motor sail catamarans, the Nemo I, II, and III. Andres, our third co-founder, combines his diplomatic entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for sustainable tourism, ensuring that our retreats enrich both our guests and the local environment.
