We encourage our retreat leaders to schedule one to two adaptable wellness activities daily, considering weather and terrain, to ensure a rich, balanced experience. This strategy is designed to foster inner harmony and a deeper connection to the surroundings, supporting our commitment to integrating wellness into every aspect of the journey.

Can you imagine participating in a morning physical and wellness session, surrounded by endemic species like the Blue Footed Boobys + Marine Iguanas? Evenings are dedicated to unwinding with activities such as Yoga Nidra, guided relaxation, or other mindfulness techniques tailored to reduce stress and enhance mental clarity. These sessions are carefully planned to ease the physical and mental exertions of the day, preparing participants for the next day’s adventures.
